Reasons and treatment
This type of hair loss is temporary and the reasons for it vary, ranging from pregnancy, diets, high levels of emotional stress, medications or a change of contraception pills.
About three months after a woman has given birth, her hair may start falling out. Although stress is the main reason for this type of hair loss, certain hormonal changes play a major role as well - over 20 percent of all women experience hair loss while giving birth, but the hair growth normalizes in about a year.
Terminating a pregnancy also can lead to hair loss associated with post-abortion stress.. It is also due to the sudden changes in the hormone levels when the hair starts its resting phase. Usually this phase ceases some three months after the termination of the pregnancy.
The duration of the treatment is as follows:
From 3 to 6 months for Alopecia Areata
From 12 to 18 months for Alopecia Areata (Patchy)

From 9 to 12 months for Androgentic Alopecia
From 9 to 12 months for Diffuse Alopecia
From 6 to 12 months for Tellogen Effluvium
From 9 to 12 months for Eyebrow Loss
From 9 to 12 months for Poor Hair growth in children Up to 6 months for Hair Loss due to Chemo Therapy.
